+ Took a leading position in managing and building up a team of 8, which was newly founded when I joined the team. Took full charge of establishing the team's file and folder management system. Optimized the production workflows and the firm's AutoCAD standards to cater the needs of the team. In charge of implementing Revit training, and providing guidance for junior staff.
+ Oversaw the development of 5 projects in 5 months. Helped the team won a competition of a 360,000 square meter retail/office complex project in Changde, Hunan Province. Worked with the design director to set up project goals, initiate design intents. Making plans and time schedules, estimating work load, and assigning tasks to appropriate team members.
+ Worked with the design director to push forward the project development. Identifying blockers, providing solutions and implementing quality control. Took full charge of presentation documentation. + Took full charge of modeling and documenting the design of a theatre in Revit from schematic design to construction design. Worked as a liaison between the US teams and the Chinese teams.
+ Worked on a 12,000 sqm renovation project from initial meeting to design submission. Converted the historic storehouse (Alameda, CA) to a modern work-live hub.
+ Worked on a 1,000 sqm villa project in the construction phase. Updated and complemented the construction drawing set in Revit.

Transferred from M.Arch program to M.S in Architecture program at University of Oregon after the first term.

2015

Chose an unknown area for my research project for the M.S in architecture program. Studied web design, web app development, web 3D in six months. Completed the research project in one year.

2016

Travelled in US exploring cities and natural wonders before moving back to China.
